In recent years, with the implementation of national policies and energy conservation, the control of sulfur dioxide emissions from power plants is restricted. The coal-fired power plant flue gas desulfurization industry is developing at a fast pace. At the end of 2008, the national capacity of the power plant flue gas desulfurization equipment investment is over 320 million kilowatts. The use of wet FGD technology is accounted for more than 90 %, so the growth of FGD gypsum production is fast. However, the development of FGD gypsum utilization and management become a serious problem.
Our firm has been specialized in researching and manufacturing briquetting and granulating equipment in recent years. According to market demand, we have developed a new product that can shape sulfur dioxide absorption gypsum into balls that can be applied into concrete production. This improvement can enhance the concrete quality and producing speed which can save cost for our customers.
